00.30: women's marathon. Apart from our Pauline, we will be watching for Paula Radcliffe, who is really up against it. Kenya's Nderba is favourite.
15.45: men's 10,000m final. That man Gebrselassie is up against young Turk Bekele.

03.00: men's triple jump. The big question is whether Idowu can do it for GB - and what colour his hair will be.
12.20: women's pole vault final. Isibayeva again.
14.10: men's steeplechase final. Three Kenyans, and a few more Kenyans who have signed up for the Gulf nations do battle.
14.35: women's 800m final. Kenyan sensation Jelimo in action. Only began running the 800 this year after starting as a sprinter.
